Vintage Watch Earrings
These charming vintage watch earrings are made with an extremely easy stamping technique and use up recycled plastic packaging. Using plastic sheets allows you to make dramatic yet lightweight jewelry. If you don't have any plastic packaging to recycle you may also use an acetate sheet. This project is also great for using small scraps of ribbon for tying the bows.

Step 1: Stamp the watch image on a sheet of plastic packaging with stazon ink. Once the ink dries, cut the images out and make a hole at the top using the thumb-tack.
Step 2: Take a piece of ribbon about 4 inches in length and tie a bow around a head pin. Repeat with the other head pin. Trim any excess ribbon and seal the edges with clear nail polish.
Step 3: Add a pearl bead to each of the head pins.
Step 4: Connect the watch images to the head pins by using the jump rings.
Step 5: Make a loop at the top of the eye pins and connect to the ear wires.
